Peasant Blouse

 I got  a new cutting mat for my birthday today that is twice the size of my old one.  So I decided to make Lucy a Peasant Blouse and put my new mat to use.
This photos is my favorite of her in the blouse, but it is pre-elastic in the sleeves.  Still looks cute.

 Here is the finished product.  I love it!  I want to make one for my other two girls, but need to get more elastic.

Excuse the no pants, Lucy just got out of the bath and I made her try the blouse on again.

Drawstring Backpack for ages 1-3 yrs.

Black heavy cotton material with flower, birds, and plants.  Ribbon was used for the straps.  Straps come in orange, light blue and black. 

 Lucy was my model to help show off this lovely backpack.  She had fun wearing it and didn't want to take it off after I was done taking picture. 

This version has light blue straps.  Machine wash warm on a gentle cycle and dry on low heat.
